Job summary

Bayut KSA - بيوت السعودية is hiring a Junior Accountant to support regional operations in cost analysis, accounts payable, expense recognition, fixed asset management and month-end reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 3–5 years G/L experience, with Netsuite exposure and strong Excel skills. You will perform month-end close, vendor reconciliations, and provide management reporting within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of G/L experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP and PO software.
• Strong knowledge of KSA tax compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own G/L accounts to ensure cost allocations and monthly accruals.
• Manage month-end closing and posting to ledgers.
• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide internal management reporting and performance analysis.
• Update fixed asset registry and Capital Expenditure reporting.
• Assist in preparing tax returns.
• Support process improvement and ad-hoc finance projects.
• Provide backup support for team members.
