Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef at MJS Investment, located in the Riyadh Region. The Junior Sous Chef will assist in managing kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, and ensure the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining inventory, collaborating with the head chef on menu planning, and ensuring efficient kitchen workflows. The role requires a passion for culinary arts, excellent teamwork, and leadership capabilities to support the creation of outstanding dining experiences tailored to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating to ensure high-quality culinary creations.
  • Experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and inventory management.
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
