Job summary

Emdad By Elm is seeking an experienced Jira Platform Administrator to support ITSM processes and maintain Jira stability in line with operational models. The role covers day-to-day operations, configuration, and releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in ITSM, including 2–3 years hands-on Jira administration.

Responsibilities

Monitor Jira platform health, queues, and SLAs.
Handle and resolve Jira incidents and service requests.
Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, issue types, schemes, approvals, SLAs, and configurations.
Monitor integrations with SMAX and other enterprise systems.
Configure and maintain Jira automation rules and operational configurations.
Support configuration promotion, testing, and deployments.
Ensure adherence to ITSM governance, audit requirements, and change management controls.
