• Ensure protection and secure operation of IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
• Oversee implementation of IT security operational controls across environments.
• Manage IT security incidents from an operational perspective and ensure proper resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT security policies and operational standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, and service delivery teams.
• Oversee access management, privileged access controls, and system hardening.
• Monitor IT security operational risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
