Job summary

DXC Technology in Riyadh (KSA) seeks a Project Coordinator supporting IT Operations & Transformation across infrastructure, cloud, security, network, and application operations. You will assist project managers with planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 2-5 years of PMO or project coordination experience, a bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Business, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project coordination or PMO experience.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud, security, network, or applications environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• PMP/CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation.
• Track project progress, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support change management and operational readiness activities.
