Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on technical support to hotel teams, resolving hardware and software-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure.
  • Monitor and respond to IT service requests, adhering to service level agreements and providing excellent customer service.
  • Support the installation and configuration of new hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in user training and documentation to ensure proficient technology usage by hotel staff.
  • Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to operation.
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory records and assist in the procurement of hardware and software resources.
  • Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, providing recommendations for technology improvements and optimizations.
Qualifications
  • Proven IT support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and customer-centric interpersonal skills.
