Job summary

EliteHire in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability and efficiency. You will lead the IT department, implement policies, monitor performance, and collaborate with vendors.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in IT management, a bachelor's degree in information technology, strong leadership, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, cloud computing, and database management.
• Proven leadership with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT department.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of technology within the company.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software and other technology services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements.
• Train employees on new systems or technology tools as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation of IT systems, processes and procedures.
