Job summary

Flip retail is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and support hardware, software, servers, databases, and networking across a 24/7 luggage handling operation. The role requires strong Windows and Linux knowledge, security management, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

The ideal candidate will have CCNP-level networking experience, hands-on server OS expertise, and a track record of maintaining reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant IT field.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting IT systems.
• Willingness to learn and improve IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support equipment, software, cluster servers, databases, networking and helpdesk.
• Keep a 24/7 IT solution for the luggage handling system.
• Proactively diagnose issues before the service is affected.
• Manage backups of IT systems.
• Ensure IT security through AV, endpoint and firewall management.
