Responsibilities

• Provides advice in supporting the organization's IT infrastructure improvements and technology optimization.
• Advises on designing physical and cloud IT infrastructure with cybersecurity considerations.
• Contributes to preparing specifications for IT and digital transformation projects.
• Ensures resilience requirements in digital infrastructure are addressed.
• Documents and updates technical infrastructure data.
• Reviews infrastructure technologies for compliance with standards and principles.
• Prepares periodic reports on infrastructure technologies and their status.
• Supports design and improvement of the IT systems lifecycle and technology stack.
• Ensures IT solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Prepares department performance reports and proposals for improvement.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
