Job summary

Al-Ghazzawi Holding Group is seeking an experienced Investment Analyst with 5–7 years in a family office, asset management, brokerage, or bank. The role involves rigorous financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation across public equities, fixed income, direct investments, and funds.

You will support deal execution, including structuring, financial modeling, and investment committee presentations, while monitoring portfolio performance and delivering regular dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business with CFA candidacy.
• 5–7 years’ experience in family office, asset management, brokerage or banking.
• Strong proficiency with Bloomberg, Refinitiv and Oracle/ERP data handling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation for opportunities (Public equity, Fixed Income, direct, co-investments, funds).
• Support transaction execution including deal structuring, financial modeling and investment committee presentations.
• Monitor and manage existing portfolio investments with strategic recommendations.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Investment Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in a family office, asset management firm, brokerage house, or bank.

Key Responsibilities:

oConduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation for investment opportunities (Public equity, Fixed Income, direct, co-investments, funds) and prepare and reports and memo for the board.

oPerform valuation using comparable, precedent transactions, and sensitivity analysis.

oSupport transaction execution, including deal structuring, financial modeling, and investment committee presentations.

oMonitor and manage existing portfolio investments, providing strategic recommendations.

oAssist in market research, industry analysis, and identifying investment trends within KSA and broader GCC markets.

oEnsure investments comply with policies, risk limits, and governance standards.

oWork closely with senior management and external advisors on investment strategies and portfolio performance.

oSupport structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation through closing.

oOn-line trading, management and reporting of GCC (mainly KSA) investments.

oAccounting of investments (mainly public stocks & DPM) operation on Oracle and generating relevant reports.

oMonitoring and recording of dividends and distribution of all the investments

oPrepare periodic performance dashboards and management reports.

oMonitoring the performance of advisory and discretionary mandates with asset managers.

Relationships Management, KYC update & Compliance.

oEngaging with Bank and brokerage house relationship managers.

oUpdating of all KYC and compliance documents for all the Banks.

o Yearly Personal Zakat calculation for Board Members every Ramadan

Educations & Skills:

• English & Arabic (writing, reading & speaking) Proficiency is required.
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree Education in Finance, Economics or Business. CFA Candidacy
• 5 Year to 7 Years’ experience at the family office or Asset Management or Brokerage house or Bank.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.
• Knowhow of brokerage trading portals, Oracle/ERP data entry, reporting, & proficiency is excel & memo writing.
• Ability to manage multiple account, entities and deadlines.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and compliance mindset.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
