Inventory Manager

As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory levels of a company's products or materials. This position will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is open to candidates of any nationality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels
  • Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet demand while minimizing excess stock
  • Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and take corrective action
  • Analyze sales trends and forecast future demand to optimize inventory levels
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer demand and adjust inventory accordingly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials at competitive prices
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate inventory control staff members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
