Job summary

PepsiCo in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Inventory Controller to coordinate between production and warehouses, manage materials receipts and returns, and minimize variances through SAP transactions.

The role involves counting and weighing materials, organizing return stock, reconciling daily transfers with warehouses, and supporting monthly inventory counts and EHS compliance. Experience with MS Office and data entry is valued in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required, but a diploma in a relevant major is highly preferred in the absence of on‑the‑job experience.
• Computer literacy, strong typing skills and basic data entry skills are expected.
• Proficiency with MS Office and good typing speed are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between production and warehouses for materials and to minimize variances.
• Receive, return balance materials, manage rejected materials, and perform SAP transactions.
• Reconcile with warehouses on materials and finished goods in SAP for proper accounting.
• Develop materials request reports in SAP based on the production plan.
• Ensure proper counting and weighing of materials received from warehouse.
• Organize return stock materials and send back to warehouse via SAP transaction.
• Organize online rejected materials and send back to warehouse via SAP transaction.
• Ensure daily materials and finished goods transfer/receipts reconciliation with warehouses.
• Resolve variances identified through SAP with packaging supervisor.
• Involve with Finance accountant for monthly inventory count and support EHS management.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

• Inventory controller role is to coordinate between production and warehouses in terms of materials


• receiving, returning the balance materials, managing the rejected materials, conducting the


• reconciliations with warehouses on materials and finished goods, and to manage all the SAP transactions


• for proper accounting and to minimize the variances.


• Develop materials request report in SAP based on the production plan


• Ensure proper counting/weighing of materials received from warehouse


• Organize the return stock materials and send back to warehouse through SAP transaction


• Organize the Online rejected materials and send back to warehouse through SAP transaction


• Ensure the Daily materials and finished goods transfer/ receipt reconciliation with warehouses


• Resolve variances identified through SAP along with the packaging supervisor


• Involve with Finance accountant for monthly inventory count.


• To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management


• System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and


• relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all


• activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved.
