Job Description:

We are hiring an ILS Engineer (Integrated Logistics Support Engineer) for a confidential client -a semi-GOVT company - backed by PIF, based in Al Kharj. The role is suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are keen to build their career in logistics support and engineering operations.

The ILS Engineer will support system lifecycle activities by ensuring effective planning, documentation, maintenance support, and coordination across engineering and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across system lifecycle phases


• Support preparation and review of technical documentation, manuals, and maintenance data


• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for logistics and support planning


• Assist in spares analysis, maintenance planning, and configuration documentation


• Support data collection related to reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA)


• Ensure compliance with internal processes and project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or relevant discipline)


• 0–3 years of experience in logistics support, engineering support, or related roles


• Basic understanding of Integrated Logistics Support concepts


• Good communication and coordination skillsAbility to join immediately or on short notice
