Job summary

Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh is seeking an experienced Pilates instructor to join our vibrant wellness team. You will design and lead private and group Pilates sessions, adapting exercises to individual client needs while promoting strength, flexibility and well-being in a professional studio setting.

Based in Riyadh, you will deliver high-quality instruction with strong communication, motivation and safety, helping clients progress over time and sustaining a positive studio atmosphere

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor.
• Based in Riyadh.
• Good experience in Pilates training.
• Solid knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques.
• Positive and motivating personality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pilates classes (private and group sessions).
• Assess client fitness levels and tailor programs accordingly.

The Pilates Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates sessions that promote strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. The role involves working with clients of different fitness levels, ensuring a safe, engaging, and motivating training environment.

The instructor will design and lead both private and group Pilates classes, while adapting exercises to meet individual client needs and goals. A key part of the role is to provide professional guidance, monitor progress, and help clients improve their physical performance over time.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, and able to create a positive and supportive studio experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire clients are essential.
