Job summary

PetroApp is seeking an Installation Specialist to oversee daily installation operations, lead the installation team, and ensure a seamless customer experience in Riyadh. The role focuses on driving operational excellence by improving installation processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion.

You will supervise the installation team, plan and monitor activities, ensure safety and quality compliance, and act as the main contact for installation issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in installation operations, field operations, or a similar role.
• Experience supervising or coordinating installation teams is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
