Job summary

DTEX is seeking an Insider Threat Analyst to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events, communicate findings, and deliver reports with clear metrics and visuals.

Work with clients and engineering, develop new use cases and algorithms, and provide proactive recommendations to strengthen security. This on-site role requires collaboration, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, operations, or analytics.
• Experience in security related investigations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex multivariate problems.
• Ability to access and analyze data using industry standard tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, MySQL, PostgreSQL, R, MS SQL, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, Lucene, Kibana, Crystal Reports).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills to all levels of Management, including Director and C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events, behaviors, and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to focus investigations on areas of interest.
• Prepare and deliver reports with metrics and visualizations to communicate discoveries.
• Develop recommendations to remediate threats and promote a secure environment.
• Establish trust with clients by maintaining privacy and objectivity.
