Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in hospital pharmacy setting.

• License to practice as per regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS / DHA).
• Good command of oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and clarifies doctors’ medication orders, checks doses, duration, and interactions.
• Oversees preparation, labeling, and dispensing of medications with double-checks.
• Calculates quantities to dispense based on body weight and age.
• Maintains inventory control and secure storage of drugs including controlled meds.
• Participates in chemotherapy and IV admixture preparation programs.
• Educates patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
