- Experience within development institutions, international organizations, government entities, consulting firms, or innovation-focused organizations.

- Experience within development institutions, international organizations, government entities, consulting firms, or innovation-focused organizations.
Experience engaging executive leadership, development partners, research institutions, and external stakeholders to support strategic planning and organizational growth.
- Strong research, market intelligence, benchmarking, and opportunity assessment capabilities.
- Knowledge of innovation methodologies, design thinking, business case development, and strategic analysis techniques.
- Ability to generate strategic insights and evaluate emerging opportunities to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills across executive leadership, development partners, research institutions, innovation ecosystems, and strategic stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to oversee cross-functional innovation initiatives and translate strategic insights into practical organizational initiatives.
