Job summary

Client of CS & Clarks is seeking an experienced Innovation Manager in Jeddah to define and execute innovation strategies, lead cross-functional projects from conception to implementation, and drive market research to identify new opportunities. The role emphasizes building a culture of innovation and ensuring responsible budget management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with at least 7 years in innovation management, excellent leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of market research, product development, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Budget Management: Manage the innovation budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively. Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
