Мüller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced Associate Manager for Infrastructure Services in Riyadh to lead a team and oversee Windows, ADFS, and virtualization initiatives. You will coordinate across teams to deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions and align them with client needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years managing infrastructure services with focus on Windows, ADFS, and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and identity management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of infrastructure engineers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of Windows servers, ADFS, and Virtualization technologies.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of infrastructure services through monitoring and proactive maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design effective infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and enforce best practices for system administration, security, and disaster recovery.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and manage budgets for infrastructure projects and operations.
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.
