In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations, implementation, and support of our clients' infrastructure services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Your leadership will guide a team of engineers and support staff as they deliver exceptional service and solutions.

As the Associate Manager – Infrastructure Services, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with client needs and business goals. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing the technological backbone that supports our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of infrastructure engineers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of Windows servers, ADFS, and Virtualization technologies
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of infrastructure services through monitoring and proactive maintenance
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design effective infrastructure solutions
• Develop and enforce best practices for system administration, security, and disaster recovery
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare and manage budgets for infrastructure projects and operations
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing infrastructure services, with a focus on Windows, ADFS, and Virtualization technologies
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V
• Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and related identity management technologies
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security best practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus
