Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) seeks an IT Manager / Senior IT Manager to own technology infrastructure across corporate offices and a growing property portfolio in Riyadh. This hands-on leader will build structure, processes, and scalable solutions while collaborating with projects and development teams on new builds and handovers.

The role requires 5–10 years in IT infrastructure, strong networking and access management skills, and experience with property tech such as CCTV and fibre.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and access management.
• Exposure to property or building tech such as CCTV and fibre infrastructure.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.
• Delivery of technology projects or handovers for new builds or fit-outs.
• Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Running day-to-day IT infrastructure including network, servers/cloud, end-user support, devices and access management.
• Ensuring reliable, secure and well-supported technology for employees.
• Managing IT service providers and service levels.
• Owning property technology across the portfolio including CCTV, access control and fibre.
• Managing vendors, integrators and service providers for property systems.
• Leading technology design, setup and handover for new buildings with projects team.
• Developing IT policies, processes and asset management; moving to scalable operations.
