Entry-Level Information Security Analyst

As an Entry-Level Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. You will work closely with our team to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and monitor our systems for any suspicious activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
• Implementing and maintaining security protocols, procedures, and controls
• Monitoring networks and systems for any suspicious activity or breaches
• Investigating security incidents and providing recommendations for remediation
• Assisting in the development of disaster recovery plans and procedures
• Staying up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
• Knowledge of security concepts such as encryption, authentication, access control, etc.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• Previous experience in information security or a related field

Salary: 1800$
