Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company seeks a technically competent Utility Operator to join the Maintenance Department. You will operate air, water, electricity, wastewater, and other plant utilities, ensuring safety, environmental responsibility, and efficiency in line with SOPs and process controls.

Reporting to the Utilities Specialist, you will support operations across melting, casting, forging, heat treatment, and machining, while guiding trainees and coordinating maintenance actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of utilities operation or maintenance in an industrial/manufacturing environment (Diploma/Technical Certificate).
• Minimum 6 years of utilities operation experience (High School).
• Experience with compressed air, water systems, electrical distribution, wastewater treatment, pumps and chillers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to EHS regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Contribute to reporting near misses and incidents and conduct site inspections.
• Maintain quality of supplied utilities per SOPs and coordinate sample collection.
• Complete and monitor daily/weekly/monthly utility production and operation reports.
• Monitor utility materials and outsourced services for uninterrupted operation.
• Support maintenance activities including isolation, tagging, and startup after repairs.
• Assist training of new or existing utility operators.
• Conduct plant patrolling and shift inspection records.
• Report EHSS incidents promptly and submit shift reports.
