Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Dammam is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator for a full-time, on-site position within our production facility. You will operate equipment used in casting, forging, material handling, and earthmoving tasks to support daily production goals.

You will inspect and maintain equipment, coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment used in casting, forging, material handling and excavation.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in excavations or similar earthmoving activities in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical guidelines and work instructions.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks outdoors and in industrial environments.
• Experience in casting, forging, or oil and gas industries is an advantage.
• Preferential vocational training or certification in heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Heavy Equipment Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. The individual in this role operates heavy equipment used in casting, forging, material handling, and excavation activities, following established safety and operational procedures. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment before use, performing basic operational checks, and coordinating with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure reliable and efficient equipment performance. The Heavy Equipment Operator moves raw materials and finished products within the facility, supports loading and unloading operations, and assists in preparing work areas for production tasks. The role also involves completing operational logs, reporting hazards or equipment issues promptly, and adhering to company safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Heavy Equipment and Equipment Operation, including safe handling of industrial machinery.
• Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Used Equipment, including routine inspection and basic troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in Excavation or similar earthmoving or material-handling activities in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for operating heavy equipment in manufacturing or construction environments.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, work in outdoor and industrial environments, and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Previous experience in casting, forging, oil and gas, or heavy industry is an advantage.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
