Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Insulation fitting on industrial equipment, pipes, or ductwork.
• Knowledge of HSE rules and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Apply, remove, and repair insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems within SATORP Plants.
• Determine amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on location/surface.”
• Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws to protect insulation.
• Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading adhesives.
• Select insulation such as fiberglass, Styrofoam, or cork based on heat properties.
• Must be aware of HSE rule.
• Proper knowledge about plant Hazard materials.
• Proper knowledge about PPE & it use.
