Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes through our products and services. You will build strong relationships, drive adoption, retention and expansion, and act as a trusted advisor to understand business needs.

You will collaborate on network and cybersecurity engineering activities, mentor engineers, and ensure project milestones, quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technology discipline (computer/IT/electrical).
• Relevant networking and cybersecurity certifications mandatory (e.g., CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).
• Strong knowledge of DCS/ESD/PLC/SCADA and system architecture drawings.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity, networking, and system services at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and drive adoption, retention and expansion.
• Act as trusted advisor to understand and address customer business needs.
• Lead design discussions with customers for non-standard solutions and mentor engineers.
• Deliver engineering work aligned with project plans, budgets and quality standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching to junior engineers and share knowledge with the team.
