Job summary

FileCloud is seeking an Implementation Engineer in the KSA region with 6+ years of experience in designing, architecting and implementing IT solutions for enterprise accounts. You will design tailored solutions, install and integrate systems, and support sales with technical questions.

The role requires strong Linux and Windows knowledge, cloud experience across major providers, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of technical experience with multiple tech vendors serving enterprise accounts.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Design and architect high-availability IT solutions for large enterprises.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions tailored to meet client requirements and integrate with existing systems.
• Install, configure and integrate new systems and software with clients' IT infrastructure.
• Perform rigorous testing to ensure stability, efficiency and security before deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation; provide timely solutions.
• Train client staff on operation and maintenance of new systems.
• Evaluate post-implementation performance and provide ongoing optimization and support.
• Assist the sales team with technical questions during the sales cycle.

Implementation Engineer Job Duties

• Design and develop technical solutions tailored to meet client-specific requirements ensuring compatibility with existing systems
• Install configure and integrate new systems and software with clients existing IT infrastructure
• Perform rigorous testing of systems to ensure stability efficiency and security before full-scale implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase offering timely and effective solutions
• Train client staff on the operation and maintenance of new systems ensuring they are competent and confident in their use
• Evaluate post-implementation system performance making adjustments as necessary and providing ongoing support and optimization services
• Supporting the sales team for technical questions

Key Skills amp Experience

• Ability to understand prospects customers business objectives and priorities by acting as a trusted advisor to help shape their use case and propose the best solution architecture
• Minimum of 6 years of technical experience within multiple technology companies selling into enterprise accounts
• Cloud experience with one of these cloud providers AWS Azure Google Cloud
• Knowledge about web protocols and security
• Minimum of 6 years of designing and architecting highly available redundant IT solutions for enterprise accounts
• Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting preferably with distros like Ubuntu and RedHat
• Participate in post-sales calls activities with large customers ensuring continuity and success in the customer s subsequent adoption usage and future expansion
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve problems both independently and within cross-functional teams
• Passion for technology so they can act as evangelists for the products in discussions with potential customers and partners to direct opinions and inspire action
• Fluent and a multidialectal of the Arabic language
• An excellent command of English language both written and verbal is essential

Desirable skills for the role

• Experience in Windows administration and troubleshooting especially with Active directory and NTFS permissions
• Familiarity with filesharing solutions
• The Wider Middle East experience would be a very big plus
