Job summary

AimGulf, a Saudi company manufacturing electrical products and delivering EPC services, seeks a Consolidation & Reporting Specialist to support IFRS-compliant consolidation across entities. You will ensure data integrity and assist audits, while driving improvements in reporting workflows.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance, and familiarity with Prophix. Full-time on-site employment in Riyadh, with active collaboration across finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of consolidation processes and IFRS.
• Experience coordinating with multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual results across entities.
• Prepare IFRS-compliant consolidated financial statements.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain and update consolidation systems and tools (e.g., Prophix).
• Monitor data accuracy and system performance for reporting.
• Support internal and external financial disclosures.
• Assist variance analysis and management reporting.
• Coordinate with divisional finance for data submission timelines.
• Communicate reporting requirements and deadlines across teams.
• Prepare audit documentation and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Align with internal controls and audit standards.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
