Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting. You will assess patient health problems, develop and implement care plans, and maintain medical records while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

You will administer medications, monitor for side effects, educate patients and families, participate in infection control, and support junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate).
• Excellent command of English; Arabic a plus; country licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations and vital signs.
• Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor for side effects.
• Provides wound care and monitors for signs of infection.
• Educates patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
