Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Jeddah seeks a Supervisor to plan resources, coach staff, and manage safety, quality, and productivity in inbound or outbound FC operations. You will define departmental expectations and promote teamwork while ensuring clear communication and timely incident reporting.

You will monitor metrics, drive improvements, and mentor colleagues, with flexibility to support multiple shifts and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and resource the function, identifying training needs, and coaching and monitoring staff.
• Supervise day-to-day activities with responsibility for safety, quality and performance.
• Set departmental requirements and foster teamwork, collaboration and open communication.
• Track production metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement and report to management.
• Mentor and develop staff, recognize top performance and apply progressive discipline when needed.
