Job summary

Total-TECH Co. is seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, run stakeholder workshops, and translate needs into detailed user stories. You will work with security and IT teams to define approval workflows, RBAC considerations, and governance policies.

The role involves collaboration with developers and architects, participation in Agile ceremonies, and support for UAT activities to ensure the IAM operating model evolves effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in IAM or Cybersecurity projects.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze IAM business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews.
• Translate requirements into technical user stories.
• Define approval workflows and RBAC support.
