Job summary

DeepSource Technologies in Riyadh is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to translate IAM and cybersecurity requirements into clear user stories and functional specs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in Agile ceremonies, support UAT, and help define governance, SoD, and RBAC processes while driving process improvements and cross‑functional alignment.

Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ is highly preferred; excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience working in IAM or Cybersecurity projects.
• Experience with SailPoint projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather and analyze IAM business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
• Translate business requirements into technical user stories.

Identity Governance

• Analyze Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
• Define approval workflows.
• Support role engineering activities.
• Assist in RBAC analysis.
• Support Access Certification campaigns.
• Analyze Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements.
• Support governance policy documentation.

Process Improvement

• Analyze current IAM processes.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Recommend governance improvements.
• Support IAM operating model development.

Project Support

• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT activities.
• Coordinate with developers and architects.
• Track business issues and change requests.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience working in IAM or Cybersecurity projects.
• Experience with SailPoint projects is highly preferred.
