Job summary

ARANER is seeking an I&C Site Commissioning Engineer to oversee on-site implementation and performance of control systems in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the commissioning phase, perform loop checks, and troubleshoot communication networks and automation software for a seamless handover to operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with instrumentation, motors, and industrial networks, plus proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, and HMI/SCADA configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site instrumentation and control systems commissioning.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and loop drawings and verify field installation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial networks and field wiring.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and calibration equipment.
• Hands-on with motorized actuators and valve/actuator integration.
• Proven capability to download/configure PLC/HMI projects and ensure system handover.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Design Validation: review engineering docs and verify installation aligns with design.
• Commissioning management: lead cold loop to hot commissioning and handover.
• Signal & Loop Diagnostics: verify control loops and resolve wiring issues.
• Motorized Actuators: setup, limits, torque, and feedback with PLC integration.
• System Integration: download/configure PLC/HMI projects and ensure inter-node communication.
• Fault Detection: act as on-site contact for discrepancies and report to home office.
