Job summary

Labora Partners is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer for high voltage substation construction and commissioning in Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee I&C works on site, ensure compliance with technical specs and schedules, and certify QA/QC deliverables while coordinating with multinational teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of HV substation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Min 8 years in HV substation construction and commissioning.
• Proven supervision of I&C scope in multinational projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAS, protection relays, metering and testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee I&C construction and commissioning on site.
• Verify compliance with drawings, specs and schedules.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation and reporting.
