Job summary

Jumeirah Jabal Omar is hiring an HVAC Technician – Engineering to join the engineering team in the Holy City. The role requires strong knowledge of HEX systems, refrigeration cycles, CRAC units, and HVAC controls, plus experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and safety compliance.

You will maintain and service AHU, FAHU, FCU, and related systems, monitor energy efficiency, and ensure clean, safe plant areas in line with FLHS and JEMS standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge across HEX systems, refrigeration cycles, CRAC units and controls.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance per schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems per schedules and guidelines.
• Maintain plant rooms, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and operational condition.
• Comply with FLHS standards and JEMS requirements.
• Maintain and service AHU, FAHU, FCU to ensure optimal climate control in guest areas.
• Inspect and troubleshoot ventilation and exhaust fans for air quality.
