This role plays an essential part in delivering refined service within our luxury environment. The Technician supports daily operations with precision and care, ensuring install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including:

• Air‑cooled chillers, VRF/VRV systems, FCUs, AHUs, MOAHU, OAHU
• Ducting systems, thermostats, and BMS‑controlled equipment
• Kitchen chillers, freezers, and refrigeration systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer and club standards.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with operational specifications.
