Qualifications

5-8 years of manufacturing planning experience, preferably HVAC or heat exchangers.
Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge.
Solid understanding of HVAC coil manufacturing processes.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and forecasts.
Create detailed schedules for coil manufacturing processes.
Ensure efficient machine loading and manpower utilization.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams.
Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery and plan vs actual output.
Maintain ERP data, routings, and production parameters.
