Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as technician.
• Fluency in written & spoken English & Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Conduct service repair and preventive maintenance on chillers and A/C systems.
• Diagnose problems and troubleshoot electrical works.
• Maintain records of maintenance actions and PPM procedures.

Skills

Knowledge of Safety and Environmental concerns

Ability to monitor and report safety issues

Understanding of reporting mechanisms

Identifying appropriate waste procedures

Understanding safety procedures for disasters

Education

Trade Certificate in Electricity or HVAC

Saudi Council of Engineers Certificate
