Job summary

Daikin Saudi is seeking an HVAC Assistant Technician in Jeddah for a hands-on, entry-level role within the Service & Maintenance team. You will support maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations at customer sites, gaining exposure to Chillers, VRV, DX and related systems.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service as you develop technical and problem-solving skills under supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning.
• Fresh graduates or 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop troubleshooting skills.
• Good Arabic communication and basic English.
• Comfortable working at customer sites and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Attend service and maintenance calls for HVAC systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning.
• Identify and report mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
• Read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.

About The Role

We are looking for Saudi Talent – Early Career with a Diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning to join our Service & Maintenance team as an HVAC Assistant Technician in Jeddah.

In this role, you will support our experienced service team with HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites. You will gain hands‑on experience with leading HVAC technologies, including Chillers, VRV, DX, AHU, FAHU, and FCU systems, while developing your technical and problem‑solving skills.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Attend service and maintenance calls for HVAC systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning.

• Perform basic refrigerant handling, leak checks, and component replacement under supervision.
• Read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.

What You Need To Succeed

• Diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning.
• Fresh graduates or entry‑level professionals with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Internship or industrial training is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical fundamentals.
• Willingness to learn and develop troubleshooting skills.
• Good teamwork, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Good Arabic communication skills and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Comfortable working at customer sites and outdoors.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
