Job summary

Lucid Motors in KAEC invites a Vehicle Integration Engineer II, HV System, to join our product engineering team. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups to investigate specifications and resolve production issues, driving design for manufacturability and serviceability on the HV system.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, data-driven problem solving, and strong communication. Experience with HV systems in BEVs, CATIA/3DX, DFMEA/PFMEA, and instrumentation is valued.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
• Experience with 4+ years in EVs or HV systems; 2+ years with MS.
• Experience using vehicle/system diag tools for troubleshooting.
• Experience with HV systems in BEVs.
• Knowledge of HV Battery Packs, HV Harnesses, onboard charging units.
• Experience with end-of-line tests and robust pass/fail criteria.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle/system level troubleshooting using standard tools.
• Solve complex component/system problems.
• Data-driven proactive problem solving and issue avoidance.
• Provide design for manufacturability and serviceability feedback.
• Ensure HV system design intent on assembly line.
• Advise on build process improvements to maintain design intent.
