Join TK Elevator Regional Headquarters as an HR Operations Specialist based in Riyadh and become a key contributor to our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations that support our organization's strategic objectives and foster a positive employee experience.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operational support for the Regional Headquarter in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with RHQ regulations, Saudi labor and immigration requirements, and internal HR policies, while maintaining accurate employee data and supporting payroll, benefits, and employee services across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Government & RHQ Compliance

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Qiwa and other government platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with RHQ and MISA requirements related to employment and workforce records.
  • Handle employment contract issuance and renewals in line with Saudi labor law.
  • Manage visa processing, Iqama issuance and renewals, and exit/re-entry procedures.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for RHQ employees.
  • Prepare and issue employee letters including employment certificates, salary letters, confirmations, and NOCs.
  • Maintain accurate employee master data in HR systems and ensure data integrity.

Payroll, Benefits & Insurance

  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and support payroll processing.
  • Manage medical insurance issuance and renewals for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Support reconciliation between HR systems, payroll, and finance records.

Operational Support

  • Process business trips, travel requests, and cash advances.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR operational queries.

Support audits, reporting, and other HR operational activities as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within an RHQ or multinational environment in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI).
  • Experience working with HR systems and payroll processes.
  • Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus (especially Employee Central).
  • Experience supporting RHQ entities or MISA-regulated organizations.
  • High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
