The HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role supports workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters
  • Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives
Talent Management
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
  • Support succession planning and leadership development programs
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and workforce needs
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Promote a positive employee experience and inclusive workplace culture
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Partner with COEs (Comp & Benefits, L&D, TA) to deliver integrated HR solutions
Change & Culture
  • Lead or support change initiatives, restructures, and transformations
  • Champion company values, engagement initiatives, and DEI efforts
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations matters
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
