Job description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units by driving HR initiatives, enhancing workforce performance, and ensuring alignment between people strategies and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, provide guidance on HR matters, and support talent management, employee relations, and organizational development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee relations issues by conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing advice on disciplinary actions.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Assist managers in identifying training needs and coordinating relevant learning programs.
  • Drive employee engagement strategies and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and performance trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational regulations.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring when needed.
  • Collaborate with HR teams in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) are an advantage.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist in a multi-site or project-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and employee relations practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work closely with leadership and influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
