As an HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on HR policies and practices while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance workforce productivity.

  3. Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  4. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers on effective feedback and development plans.
  6. Oversee employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and assessments to gather feedback and implement improvements.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, advising management on HR policies and best practices.
  8. Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on communication strategies and employee transition plans.
  9. Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.
  10. Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
