HR Advisor

Dhammam, KSA

Reporting to HR Business Partner in UK

The role focuses on employee relations, administration, HR data management, and supporting recruitment and engagement activities, while collaborating closely with the Regional HR Business Partner and Group HR team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR and people-related matters.
• Provide timely and professional advice on HR issues while maintaining confidentiality and trust.
• Assist in handling employee relations cases such as grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
• Escalate complex HR issues or risks to the Regional HR Business Partner or Group HR for guidance.
• Liaise with the Legal team to ensure HR policies reflect Saudi labour law updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, including QIWA.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, and documentation in compliance with internal and legal requirements.
• Support visa, work permit, and onboarding/offboarding processes in coordination with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring activities across KSA.
• Manage onboarding logistics for new employees, including documentation, system setup, and induction scheduling.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labour law and employment regulations.
• Experience working in a multinational or regional HR environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
