Job summary

Conjugate Consulting seeks an experienced Area HSE Manager with refinery/petrochemical construction exposure to lead safety on mega projects.

The role focuses on zero-harm initiatives, incident investigations, and compliance oversight across EPC contractors and subcontractors in Saudi Arabia. You will lead HSE execution, conduct HAZID/HIRA and SIMOPS reviews, manage investigations, ensure emergency readiness, and enforce compliance on large-scale sites.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in mechanical, chemical, civil or electrical engineering.
• Full-time diploma in industrial safety.
• NEBOSH Diploma or CSP or GradIOSH.
• Experience managing HSE for mega projects with 5,000+ workforce.
• Strong expertise in high-risk construction activities (heavy lifting, excavation, scaffolding, work at height, pre-commissioning).

Responsibilities

• Lead Area HSE execution and zero-harm initiatives.
• Conduct HAZID, HIRA, Constructability & SIMOPS reviews.
• Manage incident investigations, RCA, emergency response and statutory reporting.
• Drive HSE compliance across EPC contractors and subcontractors.
