Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and safety-conscious HSE Engineer to join our high‑voltage transmission line projects (both overhead & underground) team in Saudi Arabia. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the health, safety, and environment (HSE) of our workforce, the public, and the surrounding environment during the construction and commissioning of overhead and underground power lines. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in promoting a safe and sustainable work culture while contributing to the development of critical infrastructure.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering, industrial engineering, occupational safety and health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles on construction projects, preferably in the power line industry.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant HSE regulations and best practices in OHL/UG construction.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of working with SEC ISO 45001‑2018 5‑STAR safety is preferable.
  • NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health).
  • Knowledge of conducting Site Internal Auditing as per SEC Procedure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HSE documentation software.
  • Non‑citizen applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering awarded at least 5 years ago.
  • Driving license.
