About the Role

We are a newly established company operating in the heavy equipment machinery sector, based in Riyadh, and we are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Saudi HR & Admin Supervisor to join us during an exciting growth phase. This role will play a key part in setting up and managing HR operations while supporting the business as it expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations in full compliance with Saudi Labor Law
  • Handle recruitment activities, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
  • Manage employee relations and provide HR support to operational and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, policies, and internal procedures
  • Coordinate HR activities across three locations within Riyadh
  • Support business expansion plans, including opening new branches
