Job summary

Jobtailor in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive regional people initiatives with a focus on KSA and GCC localization. You will partner with HR Heads to define project scope, manage timelines and influence leadership using data-driven insights.

This role requires 7+ years in HR, strong project management, localization knowledge, and the ability to operate in a matrix organization. You will champion localization planning, reporting, and employee engagement across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Human resources.
• Strong HR project management and regional coordination experience.
• Data analytics and stakeholder management.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Languages: English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of localizations laws in the region and regional HR operational procedures.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix organization.
